The agreement

These terms govern your use of Claripick at claripick.com and app.claripick.com. By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of your organisation. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your workspace and your data

Your organisation owns everything it stores in its workspace. We claim no rights over your content beyond what is needed to run the service. Administrators can export the full workspace at any time and can delete it entirely, subject to a 30-day grace period.

Plans, trials and billing

Starter is free and covers the statutory compliance register: your deadlines, their citations and the reminder ladder, for 2 team members. Grant and funder management are on the paid plans. Workspaces created before 8 September 2026 keep the free tier they signed up under, which included 2 funders and the grant pipeline. Small and Pro begin with a free trial that needs no card and runs until a week after your first computed statutory deadline, never less than 30 days and never more than 120. Paid plans are billed in South African Rand, monthly or annually; annual billing includes two months free. You may cancel at any time, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices include VAT.

Fair and lawful use

You agree to use the service lawfully, to keep your sign-in credentials safe, and not to attempt to access another organisation's data. We may suspend accounts that threaten the security or integrity of the service, and we will tell you why.

The compliance engine is a helper, not a lawyer

Claripick generates statutory deadlines and document templates from rules we research carefully and keep under review, with citations shown in the product. They are provided to help you, not as legal, tax or audit advice. Your organisation remains responsible for its own filings. If you spot a rule that looks wrong, tell us and we will check it immediately.

Service and support

We aim for the service to be available at all times. Support levels depend on your plan. We may improve or change features over time; if we ever materially reduce something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount your organisation paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
